As we have done the previous 3 seasons, the draft order will be based upon how you finished in the previous season; however, Yahoo deleted the scores for Weeks 16 & 17 before I was able to record them in my spreadsheet last year.
Nonetheless, I did record all the scores for Week 15 during the 2006 season, so the fairest thing that I feel that I can do is to rank the remaining 8 teams from last year based first on their win/loss record from 2006. As for any teams that may have the same win/loss record, they will be ranked based upon their point total for the entire season plus their points that they scored in Week 15.
We do have a couple of new teams that are joining us for the first time this year and I have decided that the fairest thing to do is to have them draft as they signed up for the league.
